If in the period between the opening of registrations until March 1, 2024 you decide to publish your communication in the indexed collective publication, you must pay € 80 and automatically your registration will become standard including all the benefits of standard.

The co-authors of the indexed collective publication, who wish to have a printed copy of it, should check availability and conditions * .

If in the period between the opening of registrations until March 1, 2024 you decide to attend the Gala dinner, you must pay the amount of € 50.

REGISTRATION

Standard registration (S) includes:

• Conference documentation, publication and book of abstracts in the speaker's native language, publication of the collective work in English published by an international indexed publishing house*, accreditation, certificate of paper presentation, certificate of paper reading (if selected for it).

• Coffee service on May 27, 28 and 29; lunch on May 27 and 28 and gala dinner.

* For the publication of the collective book in the international indexed publishing house, there must be at least one author registered in the standard modality per paper and as many authors registered as papers published in the international indexed collective work. The publishing house provides one copy per published paper; more copies can be purchased from the publishing house. 

Reduced registration (R) includes:

This mode of registration is for speakers who select at least one of the following scenarios (indicate the option) includes the same elements as the standard one except for what is specified in the selected section:

• R1.- Non-attendance at the congress, speakers who will not physically attend the congress and will not make use of the planned infrastructures. Does not include coffee, lunch or dinner service.

• R2.- Speakers who choose not to participate in the collective publication in English through an international indexed Publisher SPI. Does not include participation in the collective work published in English, nor a copy of the book published by an international indexed publisher. This type of registration is subject to be expanded to standard before March 1. 

• R3.- Presenters who choose to participate in the collective work in English through an international indexed Publisher SPI, but as co-authors of an author registered in the standard modality. Does not include a copy of the collective work published by international indexed publisher. If you want a printed copy, you should check availability and conditions.

• R4.- Foreign speakers. For speakers(non-Spanish or non-Portuguese nationality) not belonging to Spanish and Portuguese universities or research centers (with accreditation). Includes the same services as the standard modality.

Student registration (ST) includes:

For students under 30 years old (Proof of student status and age).

• Conference documentation, publication and book of abstracts in the speaker's mother tongue, participation in the collective work in English and book published by an international indexed publisher* SPI, accreditation, certificate of presentation of paper, certificate of reading of the conference paper (if selected for it).

• Coffee services on May 27, 28 and 29; lunch on May 27 and 28, but not the dinners planned.

* In order to participate in the publication of the collective book in an international indexed publishing house, there must be at least one author registered in the standard modality for each participation (chapter) and as many authors registered as participations (chapters) published in the international indexed publishing house. The publisher provides one copy per published paper; more copies can be purchased from the publisher.

1- With Papers

All attendees who register with a communication must fill in all the fields of the Register, paying the registration once their communication has been accepted.

2- Without Papers

Registrations without communication, fill in the complete registration and proceed to the payment of the chosen modality.
