Initial proposal

In a first submit, the authors will send the communication proposal to the congress (anonymous),, which may be written in English, Spanish, Italian, French and Portuguese, with a maximum of 1.400 words in PDF format generated from the downloadable template below.

The abstract must be written using the template, following the recommendations specified. In order to facilitate the blind reviewing process, all names of authors, institutions, laboratories, programs, places, references, and so on, which might reveal the identity of the author, must be omitted.

This communication proposal to the congress will be submitted to a double-blind review, which will consider its originality, innovation, structure, writing and content.

Final proposal

Once accepted, the authors will send the final text (not anonymous) of the papers, considering the reviewers’ comments. At this stage, the document is required in Word format, with figures and tables inserted in their correct position and with images in separate files in a JPEG format compressed into one file , according to the downloadable template below. Also send a PDF file including text and images.

Consent to publication

  1. The author(s) assign(s) the copyright for the publication of the book of abstracts to the Organisation of the XX EGA24 International Congress, which will have the exclusive right to publish the Contribution in printed and electronic form.
  2. The author(s) guarantee(s) that the contribution is original, that it has not been previously published, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere and that any necessary permission to cite other sources has been obtained.
  3. The author(s) guarantee(s) the authorship of the documents they submit, both text and images. All authors meet the journal's authorship criteria and none are omitted.
  4. The author/s guarantee(s) that they have the rights to the images presented in the work, as well as having made use of the right citation, in compliance with the Intellectual Property Law.
